Features:
The AAL Vertical Reference Seat, Kit is the only
product that allows the pilot to be comfortable and
secure while engaged in long line operations.
Our Vertical Reference Seat kit orients the pilot’s
body into the ideal position to view the load clearly
without the need to compromise safety by removing their
shoulder harness.
By pivoting the bucket 20° the pilot’s weight is
distributed equally when viewing the load
Our innovative locking mechanism allows the pilot to
disengage the automatic lock and pivot the seat bucket
without removing their hands from the
controls, while an integrated adjustable spring
mechanism aids the pilot in returning to the upright
position.
The AAL Vertical Reference Seat, Kit:
- Can be installed without removing seat from
aircraft
- Can be adjusted to accommodate pilot weight
variations
- Utilizes existing fastener locations (93% bolt
on)
- Components are precision CNC machined
- Imposes minimal weight penalties (24 lbs)
- Installation time is ~2 hours (subject to
resources available)
