The Strip/paint Technicians are directly responsible to the Paint/Strip Lead Technician. Paint technicians will preferably have 3 to 5 years experience with painting of helicopters and multi color painting to include stripes. Each technician will provide their own basic tools. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Ensuring that proper work procedures are being followed.

2. Consulting with the Inspection Department at the appropriate times to ensure timely inspections of work as needed.

3. Alerting the Lead Technician of any additional work that may be required due to newly found discrepancies and or hidden damage reports.

4. Ensuring that floor stock is always updated and stocked.

5. Reporting any equipment problems to the Lead Technician.

6. Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed.

7. Assuring the proper handling of parts during the work process, installation, and storage.

8. Bringing any and all concerns to the attention of the Lead Technician.
