The director of marketing will have a proven sales history, would prefer military experience. Must have experience with selling of services that pertain to Helicopter repair and overhaul. Structural knowledge would be an asset.


1) Coordinate with Military community and commercial customers– daily contact with branches of the military to ensure they know of our presence and capabilities.

2) Prepare marketing budgets and submit to President for approval

3) Determine what trade shows should be attended, submit to President for approval and attend said shows.

4) Meet with customers on a regular basis.

5) Ensure continued acquisition of work and contracts

6) Prepare quotes and proposals

7) Liaise with customers on daily basis.

8) Prepare, submit for approval and implement advertising strategies.

9) Oversee sales staff and ensure productivity.

10) Approve all estimates and coordinate estimate proposals through the President or Vice President prior to   submitting the estimate to the customer.

11) Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
