CEO and Founder, Mrs. Sandra Smith, a member of the Long Hair Clan of the Echota Tribe, brings with her many years of experience including military service serving as an NCO in the U.S. Army, 63rd Signal Battalion in Bremerhaven, Germany and Squad Leader/Team Chief in Saudi Arabia, Desert Shield/Storm. In addition Sandi has twelve years experience in Administrative Management Including: Human resources, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, shipping/receiving and several years working knowledge of government contracts. Sandi's Father was a member of the Blue Angels.

 

President and Founder Mr. Gregg Holt is a Father of one Daughter. Gregg has over 22 years military service. He has served as a Maintenance Officer, a Medvac pilot, a Test Pilot, and a Battalion Safety Officer. With over 8000 flight hours, Gregg has flown a variety of aircraft including the UH1 and various fixed wing aircraft. In addition Mr. Holt has over eight years of commercial aviation experience. Mr. Holt previously built a two man sales office up to a multi-million dollar operation in just under 18 months. This feat enabled a major helicopter repair and overhaul company to be able to provide their services to operators worldwide.

Vice President and Founder, Mr. Mark Topping is a Father of three Sons and one Daughter and is originally from Great Britain. Mark brings with him over seventeen years of management and operational experience with major companies dealing in billions of dollars and dealing with several hundred employees. Mark assisted Gregg in building the two man sales office to a multi- million dollar operation. Mark's goal is to place Helispec at the forefront of helicopter repair and overhaul providing exceptional services to customers worldwide.
