This person will be the critical component in the facility in
continuing to develop and nurture relationships/trust within the
facility.

Reports to the Vice President.

Directs the interpretation and application of established human
resources policies throughout the facility.

Assists with employment and placement operations.

Co-ordinates training programs and orientation sessions.

Administers wage and salary policies including activities such as
compliance with governmental wage and hour regulations,
participation in job evaluation and work measurement.

Coordinates and administers group life, health, accident and dental
insurance plus various other member benefits including
payroll.

Directs the development and administration of programs for member
communications and for promotion of community relations.

Computer knowledge and ability to to adapt to new software is
essential.

Needs to posses 3 to 5 years experience.
