Alpine Aerotech Ltd. Cowling Baffle Screens are fully engineered to provide the best solution available on the market at an affordable cost.

This product is a very cost-effective replacement for the existing (OEM) screens located on the top cowlings of the engine compartment.

Our Cowling Baffle Screens are designed to out perform and outlast the existing (OEM) screens.

  • The frame is uniquely manufactured from one piece of stainless steel.

    • No aluminum components to corrode
    • Precision placement of perforations alleviate the necessity for doublers
  • The frame is only perforated where it should be.
    • No stress concentrations
    • No sharp edges

       
  • All hardware and fasteners are stainless steel.
  • Includes ¼ turn clamps for securing fire detection flex cables.
  • Includes pre-bonded, contoured spacers for precise fitment with top cowling.
Cowling Baffle Screens are supplied complete with maintenance manual supplement, copies of TC & FAA Approvals, certification and warrantied for a period of 1 year or 1000 hours of service (whichever comes first) after date of purchase, on all workmanship and materials. Stock item FOB Kelowna, BC.
